"Pollo Tropical does not usually include direct mail in our marketing plans unless we are promoting a Grand Opening. We started with Postal en Espanol 3 months ago to help promote our Grand Opening in Tampa on Waters Avenue. We expected the usual 1-2% return. However, we very surprised and pleased to get a 5% return with the first mailing and 8% return on our most recent mailings. Postal en Espanol's audience responds very well to our coupons.."
